No, I don't think you should be a fake. Simply take on the mind-set of a healthy person. Feel as if you belong in exercise gear. Make your self feel as if it's normal for you to order a salad with balsamic and olive oil. If you do things that are different and they are healthy pretend to yourself "this is normal". It's just a new "normal" and the feeling that you're "faking it" will fade as it becomes a real normal and you will soon have the health to match your behaviour.
