How Much Exercise is Optimum? Good Question!

When Canada's "Participaction" program speaks of exercising "most days of the week" it's good advice. I'm not sure why, but often people tell me that they are doing it with three times per week. The differance between 3 and 4 is HUGE. 
If you looked at a graph (as I have) of the benefits of exercise. You would see a significant jump in benefit when an individual goes from 3 to 4 times per week.
