Write it Down

What do you want? Better fitness, more energy, healing from a health problem, weight loss? Whatever it is, write it down on a piece of paper that you will bump into regularly. Post it in your office folded so only you know what it is, put it beside your toothbrush or on the fridge. Writing down a goal is very powerful. Make it juicy; write about what you will like best about achieving that goal. What you or those around you will gain from achieving that goal. 
Put a date to it. 
A realistic date so that you can do it.
